December 2025
The year 2025 was marked by important challenges for Citrotec®. Some large-scale projects planned for the period did not materialize, requiring even more organization, adaptation, and focus from the company. Even so, the services performed throughout the year were conducted with quality, safety, and commitment by the teams, reinforcing the company's technical capacity and solidity.
Among the main highlights is the Pepsi work in the United States, a large-scale project executed by a lean and highly dedicated team. Another important milestone was the development of the ENET®-MVR (TASTE-MVR) pilot project, considered the company's greatest innovation in 2025. The initiative received visitors from Brazil and abroad, expanding Citrotec®'s visibility and opening new business opportunities for 2026.
The People Management sector, with less than two years of operation, also showed significant advances. This growth was only possible thanks to the active participation and support of employees, reinforcing an important change in the organizational culture — with more attention to people and the healthy development of the company.
Even with a lean structure, Citrotec® carried out complex works throughout the year. Each project developed is unique and requires attention, care, and dedication from start to finish. This result is only possible due to the daily effort of the employees, who go beyond technical execution: they participate, suggest improvements, share ideas, and contribute to strengthening the processes and the company's future vision.
The close relationship with the teams has been an important differential, strengthening the internal environment and making the day-to-day more collaborative.
Likewise, the bond with customers and partners was fundamental in 2025. The trust placed in Citrotec® allowed for the realization of relevant projects and boosted the continuity of new businesses. To all customers, a sincere thank you for the partnership, trust, and the opportunity to build solutions together.
For 2026, expectations are positive. The recent visit to Egypt signals new international opportunities in progress. The goal is to expand global operations and transform these initiatives into concrete results.
Another important focus will be the continued investment in people. The company intends to maintain and expand internal actions, such as events and new agreements, promoting more benefits and quality of life for employees. These initiatives reinforce Citrotec®'s commitment to a more human, close, and participatory work environment.
We end 2025 with gratitude. To the employees, for their effort, receptiveness to change, and team spirit. To the customers, for their trust and partnership throughout the year. We move forward together, with respect, commitment, and the certainty that Citrotec®'s growth depends, above all, on people and the relationships we build along the way.
