HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT: CITROTEC® CREATES A DEPARTMENT FOCUSED ON EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING AND DEVELOPMENT
One of the new features in this area is the psychological counseling service.
To be closer to the employees. With this objective, Citrotec® created the Human Resources Management department. "With a more human approach and attentive to employees' needs, this new department reaffirms the company's commitment to the well-being and development of its employees," says Monique Maine, the supervisor of the new department at Citrotec®.
In this way, the HR sector is now subdivided into Human Resources Management and the Personnel Department, the latter focusing on existing benefits and bureaucratic processes such as health plans, meal vouchers, and payroll, among others. The new area offers a variety of services for employees, aiming at development and well-being in the workplace, such as training sessions, events, and the introduction of new benefits, in addition to organizational climate surveys and recruitment and selection, among others.
PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING
One of the new features of the recently inaugurated department is the provision of psychological counseling for professional or personal issues. Employees can request the service directly from the department or through their leader, who can indicate the need for counseling for a specific employee. Sessions are scheduled in advance and last 60 minutes. "Human Resources Management aims to promote the personal and professional development of our employees, as well as to contribute to a healthier and more productive work environment," says Maine.
