Citrotec® delivers D’OILER Distiller for D’limonene recovery in Itápolis (SP)

Citrotec® has completed the manufacturing and delivery of an Oil Recovery System with D’OILER Distiller for the city of Itápolis (SP). The equipment, with a feed capacity of 15 m³/h, is essential in the D’limonene recovery and solids concentration process, promoting highly efficient utilization of citrus liquor.
The D’OILER Distiller from the Citrotec® line operates continuously, at low temperature, ensuring extraction of D’limonene with aldehyde quality and a high yield rate, which can reach 90%. This transforms industrial waste into real value, promoting innovation and economy in citrus fruit processing.
D’OILER Distiller
The Oil Recovery System with D’OILER Distiller is fed with yellow water from centrifuge discharge and citrus pulp liquor. The technology features a vacuum distillation column and can be supplied integrated into the pulp processing system, with a mill, lime doser, reactor, and pressing.
Among the main differentials of the D’OILER Distiller are:
- Low investment value;
- Minimum citrus D’limonene extraction yield of 80%;
- Low energy consumption;
- Extraction of high-quality and high-value-added oil;
- Better water utilization in the extractor system.
