Citrotec® developed, manufactured, and delivered a high-technology ENET® Evaporator
for a juice factory in the region of Araraquara (SP).
The equipment has 7 effects, 7 stages, and an evaporation capacity of 25,000 lb/h, ensuring efficiency and economy in the industrial process.
With an innovative design, the evaporator is equipped with a final stabilizer, flash-cooler, aroma recovery system, and evaporative condenser,
optimizing performance and final product quality.
