To reinforce its commitment to the safety, well-being, and productivity of its employees, Citrotec^® has instituted the Alcohol and Drug Use Prevention Policy and Program at Work. The initiative aims to minimize accident risks, preserve health, and strengthen interpersonal relationships in the professional environment.

The new policy prohibits the possession, distribution, sale, and consumption of alcohol and drugs on Citrotec^® premises, at client sites, and during travel in company-provided transport.

“The safety and health of our employees are priorities for us. This policy reinforces our commitment to providing an increasingly safe, healthy, and productive work environment,” highlights Citrotec^® Technical Director, Paulo Sampaio.

Furthermore, the company, aligned with the Federal Government's National Drug Policy (PNAD), supports the prevention and treatment of employees with chemical dependencies, promoting actions such as:

• Internal awareness and information campaigns;
• Case identification and employee support;
• Individualized guidance for appropriate treatment.
