December 2025
From November 24 to 28, Citrotec® held the Internal Accident Prevention Week (Sipat) 2025, with a program dedicated to promoting employee safety, health, and well-being.
Over five days, the company offered lectures with specialists, individual care actions, awareness activities, prize draws, and a special afternoon coffee prepared for all participants.
One of the most prominent initiatives was setting up an ophthalmological office within Citrotec® itself, in partnership with the Ophthalmological Hospital of Araraquara (HOA). The space performed refraction exams, providing easy access to eye health for those interested.
“Sipat is a fundamental moment to reinforce the culture of prevention within Citrotec®. More than a thematic week, it represents the opportunity to reflect on our habits, expand knowledge, and strengthen the collective commitment to health and safety in the work environment,” states Citrotec® Occupational Safety Technician and one of the event organizers, Wagner Campos Leal Júnior.
HOA Ophthalmological Office: The eye office installed within the company attended 68 employees with refraction exams and specialized guidance. “I found it very positive, as it allows employees to discover if they need eye care or not,” stated welder Givanildo Guilherme.
Monday — “Me with myself”: The opening lecture was conducted by music therapist Marco Antonio Delapina, addressing self-knowledge, mental health, and the risks of addictions such as alcohol and drugs.
Tuesday — “Eye Health and Protection”: Ophthalmologist Mário Pincelli Neto (HOA) spoke about common eye diseases and the importance of using PPE to avoid trauma, especially in industrial environments.
Wednesday — “Health and Well-being Promotion”: A day dedicated to integral care, with blood glucose and blood pressure checks, quick massage, skincare sessions, and interactive games.
Thursday — “Financial Education”: Victor Sarro, from Propósito Maior, presented practical guidelines for personal budget management, highlighting the importance of organizing expenses and financial reserves.
Friday — Theater: Cia Gute closed the week with the play “Motorcycle Commuting Accidents,” an impactful narrative about the consequences of recklessness in traffic, reinforcing the message of responsibility and valuing life.
