September 2025
Throughout the month of September, Citrotec® developed a special campaign in support of Yellow September, the month of awareness about mental health and suicide prevention.
Every Friday, employees received a treat accompanied by messages of reflection and care, in addition to complementary materials such as email marketing, posters, and social media posts.
The messages addressed themes such as the importance of talking about feelings, anxiety, healthy habits for the mind, and attention to signs of depression.
The initiative reinforced the message that taking care of the mind is taking care of life and highlighted the importance of small daily choices that make a difference in well-being, such as quality sleep, balanced diet, physical activity, and leisure moments.
“More than a symbolic action, our goal was to open space for dialogue and remind everyone that they can seek support when they are not well. At Citrotec®, employees have the psychological support benefit at their disposal, a fundamental resource for those who need guidance and care,” highlights the psychologist and supervisor of the People Management sector at Citrotec®, Monique Maine dos Santos.
The psychological support benefit is available to all company employees and can be scheduled directly with the People Management sector or through the immediate leader. Each session lasts up to 60 minutes and offers a safe space to talk, reflect, and receive support.
With this campaign, Citrotec® reinforces its commitment to promoting not only physical health and safety but also the emotional well-being of everyone who is part of the company.
